Jack Tyrrell began his career as a CPA, spending 8 years with a Honolulu international CPA firm and 20 years running his own successful CPA practice. His exposure to real estate, through his diverse clientele, developed into a passion.
He turned his passion into his occupation and became the owner and Principal Broker of Jack Tyrrell & Company Inc., specializing in luxury real estate. He continues to draw on his CPA background while selling high-end luxury condominiums in Kaka`ako, Ala Moana, and Waikiki. He has $550 million in sales with over $150 million in Ward Village since establishing his company in 2006.

Born and raised in rural southwestern Virginia, Jamie moved to Kaneʻohe, Hawaiʻi in July 2007. Her career experience in accounting and office management spans over 20 years in various industries including real estate, disaster restoration and construction, including three years serving as Chief Financial Officer for a local disaster restoration company. Jamie’s sharp attention to detail and service-oriented attitude enable her to diligently serve our clients in an efficient and thorough manner.
In her spare time, she enjoys serving at her church, reading, singing, puzzles, fishing, and spending time with her husband and five children, the youngest of which keep her very busy.

Before making the decision to join her husband’s real estate firm, May spent 19 years with the Danish luxury retail brand Georg Jensen. After earning her undergraduate degree, she was hired in 1994 as an entry-level sales associate but was quickly promoted to a marketing assistant position. Soon after she became the company’s sole accountant who handled all of the financials. While continuing to work, May earned her master’s degree and was eventually named General Manager of the company’s Hawaiʻi operations.
The company has benefited from her extensive retail and marketing experience by pushing its advertising efforts beyond traditional print media to a global online market. Language skill: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, Hokkien, & minor Japanese. Chinese speaking real estate agent in Honolulu, originally from Malaysia. Hobbies: golf, tennis, travel, skiing, basketball, and enjoying good food.

Driven by her passion in languages and interest in real estate, Natalie began her real estate career in 2019 as a building manager at a luxury condo in Kaka'ako. Through hard work and consistency, she subsequently won multiple awards for her building while obtaining her ARM designation.
When not working hard at her full time job, Natalie is either a transaction coordinator for Jack and May Tyrrell or helping her clients buy and sell properties. Having lived in multiple countries, she has a diverse international background that is the hallmark of her success in real estate. Coupled with her ability to converse in 5 different languages, she has been hugely successful at meeting the needs of her clients in the luxury real estate industry of Hawaii.

Luz Valeria Fukunaga
Originally from Lima, Peru, Luz was passionate about diversity and experiencing living abroad. She traveled extensively, studied business in Peru and San Diego, and later moved to Hawaii for her MBA at Hawaii Pacific University. Honolulu has been her home for more than 10 years now.
Luz brings a strong background in international business development, marketing, negotiations and customer service. Prior to starting her career in real estate, Luz served in a number of marketing, sales, and business development roles at Frito Lay & PepsiCo, Capital Financial Partners and Infarmasa. Luz ran business development for Infarmasa (currently in the Teva Pharmaceutical family) where she successfully opened a number of new markets including the US, Hong Kong, Chile, Panama, Ecuador, and Venezuela.
Real estate has always been an important part of her life as her parents were developers of several residential building, and also constantly buying and improving homes, which exposed her to the industry from a young age.
Luz cares deeply for people and works very hard to find the best opportunity for them. Her mission as a realtor is to build trusting, long-term relationships, and help clients find the property that brings them joy and happiness.
Luz enjoys learning from different cultures and traveling, practicing yoga and hiking, and exploring trends in fashion and interior design.

Sandra moved back to Honolulu after graduating from Indiana University. She started her sales and marketing career at Hawaiian Telephone, moving on to IBM and then taking over her own business in telecommunications as a manufacturers’ representative. She went on to become a partner and President of Systems Group specializing in turnkey local area networks.
She acquired her sales and broker’s license 40 years ago as a backup career but never utilized it until joining Jack and May Tyrrell in 2022 since knowing Jack for over 20 years. She retired after 20 years with Adecco as a “head hunter” working with local employers and employees in all career opportunities.
Sandra has been active in the community serving on numerous executive boards including Armed Forces Communications Electronics (AFCEA), Downtown Metropolitan Rotary, Catholic Charities and Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary. She has felt that giving back to the community is integral to her successful careers. Her hobbies and interests include worldwide travel, duplicate bridge tournaments and reading. She looks forward to taking up golf and pickle ball.
